Butterlist does not collect any personal data or use third-party tracking.
If you choose to enable iCloud, your data is stored securely using Apple’s iCloud service and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Butterlist uses The Movie Database (TMDB) to provide search results and media details like titles, images, and ratings. We do not share any personal information with TMDB. For more information, please refer to TMDB’s Privacy Policy.
Our privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect improvements or changes to the app.
Terms of Service
Thank you for using Butterlist ("the App"). This document includes our Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer. By accessing or using this App, you agree to the terms below. Any changes to the Terms of Service will become effective when published. Please review the Terms of Service periodically. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

All suggestions, improvements, feedback, or input provided by You shall by owned by the App. User agrees to grant Butterlist and its authors a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into the App any suggestion, improvement, recommendation, or other feedback related to use of the App.
7. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the App shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law provisions. You and the App agree to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Northern California, California, to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy that relates to or arises in connection with the App.
